Data Deletion Instructions

LIZI (lazey.ai) is a content-creation and publishing platform. When you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram professional account or ad account, LIZI stores only what is required to publish content you approve: the account identifiers you selected, an access token, and the publishing history of posts you created through LIZI.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself, instantly

1. Sign in to LIZI at lazey.ai.
2. Open the client, go to Uploads → Manage connections.
3. Press Disconnect next to Facebook or Instagram.

Disconnecting immediately deletes the stored access token and the selected asset records for that account from our servers.

Option 2 — Remove access from Facebook

You can also revoke LIZI's access from Facebook directly: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → LIZI API → Remove. Revoking access invalidates the token, and LIZI stops being able to access your account.

Option 3 — Ask us to delete everything

Email alist.israel@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and include the Facebook Page name or Instagram username involved. We will delete all stored tokens, asset records and publishing history associated with that account and confirm by email within 30 days.

What we never store

LIZI never asks for or stores your Facebook or Instagram password. Authentication is performed entirely by Meta through OAuth.
