1. Who We Are

LIZI (lazey.ai) is a content-creation and publishing platform used by marketing professionals to prepare and publish content to their clients' social-media accounts.

2. Information We Collect

When you connect a social-media account (such as TikTok) to LIZI, we receive and store:

• Basic account information provided by the platform (display name, username, avatar).
• OAuth access tokens that allow LIZI to publish content you approve.
• Content you upload for publishing, and publishing results (post IDs, status).

We do not collect passwords for connected platforms and never see them.

3. How We Use Information

Information is used solely to provide the service: publishing content you approve to accounts you connected, showing publishing status, and improving reliability. We do not sell personal information and do not share it with third parties except the destination platform itself (e.g., TikTok) as required to publish.

4. Storage and Security

Tokens and content are stored on secured servers with access restricted to authorized operators. Connections use encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS).

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Access tokens are kept only while the connection is active. You may disconnect an account at any time (from LIZI or from the platform's own security settings), after which the token is invalidated and removed. To request deletion of stored data, contact us at the address below.
