LIZI Publisher Terms of Service

1. About LIZI

LIZI (available at lazey.ai) is a content-creation and publishing platform operated for marketing professionals and their business clients. LIZI helps prepare, schedule and publish marketing content to connected social-media accounts, including TikTok, Facebook and Instagram.

2. Accounts and Access

Access to LIZI is restricted to authorized users. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity performed under your account.

3. Connected Social Accounts

When you connect a social-media account (such as TikTok) to LIZI, you authorize LIZI to act on that account strictly for the purposes you request — such as uploading or publishing content you have approved. You may revoke this authorization at any time from the connected platform's settings, after which LIZI will no longer be able to access that account.

4. Content

You retain all rights to content you create or upload through LIZI. You are responsible for ensuring that content you publish complies with the terms and community guidelines of the destination platform, including TikTok's Community Guidelines, Branded Content Policy and Music Usage Confirmation.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use LIZI to publish unlawful, misleading or infringing content, to send spam, or to violate any third-party platform policy.

6. Disclaimer and Liability

LIZI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LIZI and its operator shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
